Not your normal terrier, Boston Terriers are unique. In actuality, they don't even belong to the terrier
species. Their relaxed and amiable demeanor set them apart. However, as a prospective owner,
you could question if these carefree canines are also clever. The Boston Terrier is the 100th smartest
breed of dog in terms of "obedience and working intelligence." While this may merely be "average,"
they are much smarter than you may imagine. The Boston Terriers' excellent communication
skills and capacity to adapt to various situations and/or people are what characterize them as very intelligent dogs.
