Are Cashew Good For Weight Loss?

Nuts are high in fat and calories. Therefore, it has historically been recommended to restrict nuts in a

person's diet if they want to reduce weight. The fact that cashews appear to have less calories than

previously believed may help to explain this in part. However, according to current study, only around 84%

of these calories may be digested and absorbed by humans. This is probably due to the fact that not all of the

oil they contain is absorbed during digestion but rather is retained inside the fibrous wall of the cashew. Nuts 

are lower in calories than anticipated and high in protein and fiber, all of which can help with weight reduction.
