Benefits of Aloe Vera for Your Hair

It is a succulent plant that thrives in hot, arid environments. It helps with a variety of skin issues, including

burns, acne, and wounds. Aloe vera may help with diabetes, hepatitis, and other conditions. It is also eaten

and used in beverages. Numerous nutrients and active compounds found in aloe vera can strengthen

your hair. Along with fatty and amino acids, it is a good source of vitamins A, B12, C, and E.  Aloe vera has

enzymes that break down lipids, which allows it to remove any excess oil

(sebum) from your hair.  Although some claim that aloe vera promotes hair growth, this is not supported by science.
