Can Cats Eat Soy?

Although many products indicate soy as one of their components, if your cat is healthy there is no cause for concern.

However, it's probable that soy is to blame if you've seen any changes in your pet's behavior or if

he's started to exhibit symptoms of a food allergy. Your veterinarian could advise switching to a different

kind of food if they think your cat's diet may be to blame for their symptoms. It's critical that you be aware

that soy and anything derived from it shouldn't be fed to your cat frequently. If he accidentally sips your

soy milk or nibbles on a piece of tofu, there's no reason to be concerned.

However, if you've made the decision to go vegetarian, avoid including your cat in your new eating regimen!
