How much exercise is too much?

Your age and level of fitness will determine how much exercise is appropriate for you. Adults

between the ages of 19 and 64 should strive to engage in 150 minutes or more of moderate

exercise each week and engage in some sort of workout each day to maintain excellent

health. Doing 30 minutes of moderate activity five days a week is a smart method to reach the suggested 

weekly exercise target. To give your body plenty of time to recuperate, you might combine vigorous

and moderate aerobic activity. You can be overdoing it if you workout for longer than an hour each day.
