Should You Exercise When It’s Hot?

Exercise in the heat can have certain advantages as long as you take precautions, which may come as 

a surprise. For instance, while your body works harder to maintain a cool temperature, you will burn

 more calories when it is hot outside. While exercising in the cold is comparable,

your body has to work more to warm you up. Acclimatization might also

benefit from outdoor exercise. Similar to resistance training, working out in the

heat will make exercises in cooler temperatures feel less taxing. Similar to the 

 previous point, exercising in the heat may also boost tolerance levels.
